As a medium-sized family-owned company with headquarters in Germany, Hans Arnold GmbH Kunststofftechnik has been specializing in the production and assembly of technical plastic parts for over 40 years. We have already made a name for ourselves in numerous branches of industry.

Since the beginning of the 90's our qualified and motivated team has also been consulting and producing in Hungary. Since 2006, Hans Arnold GmbH has also held a share in AE Plast Kft., a joint venture.

With close contacts to universities, machine manufacturers and research institutes, we keep our know-how and required technologies basically up to date. The certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 underlines our commitment to knowledge and experience as well as the use of state-of-the-art analytical methods and simulations.

After production, all parts are subjected to extensive testing in extensive processes. With optical and tactile measuring systems as well as unbalance, tension and compression testing machines, we offer our customers a holistic approach and the best solutions with high added value.

Efficient and cost-effective solutions with state-of-the-art technologies

Our machine park is equipped with 15 state-of-the-art, all-electric injection molding machines, among other things, which convince through highest precision, repeatability and sustainable energy efficiency.

Within the framework of multi-component technology, we manufacture with the help of intelligent robot automation in a highly efficient, reliable and versatile manner. More than 90 injection molding machines enable the production of injection molded parts ranging from 0.5 g to 1300 g, with a bandwidth of 250 to 6,500 kN.
